One ledger for every cross-border hire.Three plans.

Bordero runs payroll and employer-of-record for your hires on owned entities in 140+ countries. Start with a one-country contractor pilot, scale into multi-country EOR, or run an uncapped global headcount on a dedicated compliance pod.

Subscription fees cover platform access. The country-specific contract is signed off by local counsel, social-security and statutory IDs are issued by the entity, and per-hire payroll is invoiced on the local cycle — every charge drawn from a single ledger in your home currency.

Plan comparison

Where the three plans diverge.

A side-by-side of what each plan unlocks. The platform itself — the entity, the entity-side payroll engine, the per-cycle invoice — is identical at every tier; the differences are volume, customisation, and the service envelope around the work.

Invoicing & currencies

One invoice per cycle. Your home currency.

The platform subscription on Pro is billed in USD monthly. Per-hire country charges — gross salary, social contributions, statutory withholdings, benefits — are aggregated into one invoice per monthly cycle, in your home currency, at source FX. No offshore wires, no surprise line items per hire.

  • 60+ payment currencies across the entity network.
  • Country-specific payslip PDFs archived 7 years per local rule.
  • Off-boarding, severance accruals, and equity flow handled on the same ledger.

A question we hear

When is Pro the right tier?

Pro fits teams that have moved past a single-market pilot and need EOR coverage across multiple countries without spinning up a new entity per hire. The subscription unlocks unlimited countries up to 25 EOR hires; per-hire billing is the same as on Free — just on more country ledgers, drawn from one invoice.

Headcount above 25 EOR hires, or anything that demands custom contracts, named compliance counsel, or a SOC 2 evidence pack, is enterprise-scoped — we'll come back with a tailored envelope within a business day.
